Defatted Active and Inactive Soy Flour, obtained from selected soybeans, produced from the process of preparation and extraction of oil.

TEXTURIZED SOYA PROTEIN CONCENTRATED - PCT

Functional soy protein for use in processed product formulations.
With high water absorption capacity.

TEXTURIZED SOYA PROTEIN - PTS

Textured soy protein is a product obtained from defatted soy flour.
Textured soy protein is available in granular and powdery colors, rosy, natural and caramel. With high water absorption capacity.

CONCENTRATED SOYA PROTEIN - PCS

Functional soy protein concentrate, 60-70% for use in formulated products.

PRE-GELATINIZED RICE FLOUR - FG 

Pre-gelatinized rice flour - FG is a pre-gelatinized product obtained by extrusion from polished and selected rice grains.
The rice flour has a smooth texture with the cooking and white color. It is a hypoallergenic product and is not toxic to people with celiac disease (can be used as a substitute for wheat in the manufacture of GLUTEN FREE products). Pre-gelatinized rice flour can be used for thickening and water retention.

SELECTED RICE FLOUR- FN 

The selected rice flour - FN is an all natural product resulting from the milling of previously selected broken polished rice grains.
The rice flour has a smooth texture with the cooking and white color. It is a hypoallergenic product and is not toxic to people with celiac disease (can be used as a substitute for wheat in the manufacture of GLUTEN FREE products).
